Really now?

Everytime I go away for months, I look back at my blog, read all my thoughts and fall in love with blogging again. I always say "I promise to write more" blah blah blah truth is, I admire all the AWESOME bloggers I follow bc they have COMMITTED themselves to share glimpses of their lives and a craft we all have a mutual love for. I CANT DO THAT! I dont know why, I mean how hard is my life compared to all the others? I DONT have kids, I work 3 days a week, I mean c'mon. well anyways just because I DO love the "currently I AM" here is mine for today :)

CURRENTLY........
1.Listening: to the Tv and fuse's top 100's
2.Eating: Nada, my sister and I did dinner on a budget(SAMS CLUB thanks!!) and had a donut for dessert :)
3.Drinking: Water, just bc im dehydrated
4.Wearing: HUGE ol jeans and a purple tank top
5.Feeling: Pretty miserable with this stiff neck
6.Weather: It was nice today, of course I stayed indoors with the AC :)
7.Wanting: November 2 to be here!! (Ill blog about that later)
8.Needing: MORE cash!!!
9.Thinking: How to make more cash lol and how i cant WAIT for my raise to kick in
10.Enjoying: The moment so I can breathe before dealing with the rest of the week

I am feeling a little off today....probably bc there was a lil earthquake last night and it scared the bejesus outta me :( Im a chicken I KNOW!

I love that my sister does these "Today I'm..." things this gave me some inspiration. It helps bc even if I am a little to busy I can always do these quick little quirps just to touch base with WHOEVER actually READS my blog :)

* been so busy you forget what sleep is like?
* Had to redo a project over and OVER till it was right?
* Relied on other ppl to hand over information so you can get YOUR job done?
* Spent WEEKS and WEEKS gettin a show together just for that day to go by SUPER FAST?
* Decided it was HIGH time to clean out the closet and purge your junk?
* Felt the need to be free?

Yea these past months have been INSANE!! BUT the fashion show was A SUCCESS!!! I'm so proud of the outcome with my program, it was truly an amazing experience. I no longer doubt that THIS is where I wanna be :) Next week is my spring break and I plan to do nothing but lay on the beach and soak up some sun...

Ok I know I will rise above this I JUST KNOW IT!
Its a lil unnearving that the State Fashion show is just 6 WEEKS away and I have yet to recieve ads for the program WHICH IM IN CHARGE OF!!! ay ay ay. I keep trying to remind myself that IM AHEAD of where I need to be, but yet not get too big headed about it that I fall behind.
Johnny Cash has had his place in my brain for the better part of the weekend and this cheesy grin as well. Right now Im just trying to have fun, take life as it comes and not get too serious about anything.

We're in this together

It's been a sad sight around the house these past 2 days. I mean it's kinda funny but not really, here's the story:
I have been fighting this sore throat for awhile and yesterday my body just gave out on me. WELL my sisters body also decided to fail her and both of us spent today in bed with I think might have been an ENTIRE box of tissue surrounding us. Lots of soup has been slurped up these past few days, and TONS of tea to soothe our chills. She was smart to go to the doctors and I....well im a little more stubborn, AND broke. But I hope everyone had a FANTASTIC corporate holiday, haha jk just remember that you dont need just one day a year to let the person you love know how you feel. Love should be celebrated YEAR round just cuz.

And yesterday our design class went on a lil field trip to Moods, International Silk and Woolens and Melrose where we got to wander into all these stores like Oscar De La Renta, Carolina Herrera, Marc Jacobs, the late Alexander McQueen, Chloe, Diane V.F. THIS is the Carolina Herrera store, this collection was for summer resort wear and was inspired by parasols
TOO many cute dress here :) ANYWAYS I was inspired so much, by the fabrics, by my surroundings it was quite overwhelming. But THIS was my final outcome for my window display ENJOY!!!
